We are a small and highly efficient letting agency situated in the Stockbridge district of Edinburgh currently with about 150 properties let through us. Our 10% full management fee combined with 15 years experience of looking after flats for rent in Edinburgh provides our current landlords, many of who live abroad, with peace of mind and a better investment. We would provide you with well-vetted tenants and a service that includes first-rate day-to-day management of your property.
Anna Harper Lettings was founded by Anna in 1990. She had previously managed another letting agency in Edinburgh for many years but after the birth of her first child, decided she wanted to run her own business with her husband Martin. Many of the landlords who rent their properties through the agency are old friends or people they know so there’s a real family feel to the place.
Anna cares greatly about her tenants and landlords and is always striving to provide the best service possible with the ultimate goal of match making the right tenant to their dream property. She hopes that everyone leaves with a “memorable experience” of AHL.
Even though there have been opportunities to expand the business, she decided to stick with one office in the heart of Stockbridge on the edge of the glorious New Town. The office is usually a bustle of activity with either their 4 year old son “Harry the Debt Collector” running around or the office dog, Marvin barking to go out for a walk.
